平成18年度開設芸術セラピー担当外国人講師とワークショップ概要

　8月2日、小林学校長がロンドンでDr. Susan Hoganと、翌8月3日には Professor Graham Dickersonと会い、芸術セラピー基礎教養の中の「ワークショップ｣の授業担当を依頼しました。二人は担当を快諾し、さっそく来年度のスケジュール調整やシラバスの準備を約束しました。

　平成18年度の夏、まずDr. Susan Hoganが集中講義の形式で「美術セラピー｣を教授します。授業は連続4日間、午前9時から午後4時10分まで行われる予定です。
　平成19年度にProfessor Graham Dickersonの「音楽セラピー」が開設され、Dr. Susan Hoganの「美術セラピー｣と二本立てでワークショップが運営されます。

　お二人は現在、イギリスのダービー大学で教育研究に携わっています。本校では保育におけるファンダメンタル・セラピーの必要性を提唱し、カリキュラムの充実をはかるために、イギリスやヨーロッパで活躍する教育研究レベルがグローバルである教師による授業の導入を実現しました。

　今後は一般の方の聴講や科目等履修生の受け入れ等について検討する予定です。ご期待ください。

アート･セラピー入門アート・セラピストは、単に知識を理解しているだけではセンシティブな治療は行えません。グループ体験活動では、相手(クライアント)への共感を深め、さらに直接グループ活動に関わることで、グループ活動のプロセスに関する理解を深めることができます。このような体験は、グループ活動における参加者自身(あなた自身)の行動を振り返る貴重な機会ともなります。活動では一人ひとりの返答や経験が大変重要です。グループの体験トレーニング活動が個人セラピーと異なるということを理解していることが大切です。「アート・セラピー入門」ではアート･セラピーにおけるグループ活動の効果と手順に関して理解することを目的としています。グループによるイメージ作りやディスカッションといった直接体験を重視します。4日間のワークショップで活動方法や内容を直接体験することで、グループが生み出すエネルギーについて考え、学びます。ワークショップの内容は、英国大学院の「アート・セラピー」コースで実際に行われているものです。いろいろなグループの組み合わせについて学びます。子供から大人まで、様々なクライアント・グループに利用できますし、クライアントに合わせて変化させることができます。つまり、アート・セラピストが使う基本的な「ツール・キット(道具箱)」の一部ともいえます。参加者が多数の場合、他の参加者の活動を見学することも予想されます。必要に応じて、2グループに分け、交代で活動します。ワークショップの内容＜提案＞ 1日目１．ペァで自己紹介。学生は言葉を用いないで表現します。２． 8人のグループによる、グループ･ペインティング。３．分析とディスカッション。 ―午後― ４．テーマにそった活動。５．分析とディスカッション。 2日目１．構図作りのエクササイズ。10人のグループになり、３D（立体）作品を共同制作。２．分析とディスカッション。 ―午後― ３．物語の展開。語られた物語から、それぞれ作品を作ります。その後4人でディスカッションをおこないます。 3日目１．ボディー・イメージ・ワークショップ。参加者一人ひとりが作品を作り、少人数でディスカッションを行います。 4日目１．テーマ・ワークショップ。２．分析とディスカッション。 ―午後― ３．フリー・ペインティング。４．分析とディスカッション。		Introduction to Art Therapy Art Therapists require more than a purely intellectual understanding in order to become sensitive practitioners. Experiential groups allow participants to develop sympathy for clients, and understanding of group processes through their direct involvement in group work. This experience serves to give participants valuable feedback on their performance in the group setting. While requiring participants to focus on their own personal responses and experiences within the group, experiential training group work must be seen as distinct from personal therapy. This introduction to art therapy will provide students with an opportunity to gain an understanding of art therapy group processes, and give them direct experience of making and discussing images in a group setting. The workshop series will help participants to think about group dynamics and will enable them to learn by experiencing the basic processes of groups. The workshops will be those used as part of the MA in Art Therapy training in England. They will introduce participants to different group structures. The workshop material to be presented is that which can lenditself to use with a variety of client groups from children to adults, and can be modified accordingly. It is part of the art therapist’s basic ‘tool-kit’. Because of the large number of participants envisaged, some will observe while others participate during some of the exercises. The participants will be divided into two groups and these will alternate, as necessary. Proposed content for workshops: Day 1. 　1. Introduction in pairs.
